Before purchase
You can cancel an enquiry or request at any time before you confirm a vehicle purchase.
After confirmation
Once a vehicle has been purchased or shipping has been booked on your behalf, cancellation and any refund depend on the costs already incurred and the terms of your written agreement.
Pending confirmation
Specific refund amounts and deadlines will be published after company confirmation. Until then, please agree them in writing for each order.
